THE PLAN: Give UC Health employees a real reason to believe in change by building a platform that inspires growth, teamwork, and pride. The goal was simple: show every employee that they play a vital role in transforming care, together.
THE GOAL: Strengthen the culture by helping every individual feel connected to the system, to each other, and to the patients and communities they serve. A culture where commitment isn’t mandated, it’s felt.
UC Medical Center and West Chester Hospital have been recognized among a listing of the World’s Best Hospitals, published by Newsweek magazine.
THE PLAYBOOK: Bringing 11,000 employees across 40 locations together required a thoughtful mix of strategy, timing, and authenticity. Using insights from employee engagement surveys, an internal communications audit, and UC Health’s engagement pillars, we built a robust launch and ongoing tactical plan designed to shape positive attitudes and spark meaningful involvement.
THE RESULTS: Together, LaineGabriel and UC Health helped shift a fragmented culture into one rooted in connection and community. We created an integrated employee brand grounded in their Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values — a system-wide platform that employees could understand, feel, and rally behind. The result was a clearer sense of belonging, more profound commitment, and a stronger, more unified culture.
