THE PLAN: Transform Scentsy’s high-energy World Tour International event into a virtual experience that could match the warmth, excitement, and personal connection of their in-person events. The plan needed to honor Scentsy’s culture, motivate more than 100,000 consultants, and create a seamless space for learning and inspiration online.

THE GOAL: Replicate the impact of a informative learning live conference in a fully digital format. Scentsy needed to maintain authenticity, deliver engaging content, and keep consultants connected across all levels, all while ensuring the virtual experience felt just as meaningful as gathering in person.

THE PLAYBOOK: LaineGabriel partnered with Scentsy to design and produce an end-to-end virtual event experience within 16 weeks. The approach included:

  • A complete event branding toolkit with logos, colors, themes, and taglines

  • An immersive, illustrated environment mixed with live-action hosts and presenters

  • An event identity that evoked the playful nature of the virtual event

  • Live hosts and consultant coaches trained in Scentsy’s culture to maintain energy

  • Engaging, children’s show-like video content and visuals designed to keep attention

This system created a connected, dynamic, fun environment that captured the spirit of Scentsy’s live events and set the foundation for future hybrid gatherings.

THE RESULTS: The virtual conference exceeded expectations and delivered the largest gathering in Scentsy history.

  • Seventy-six percent of participants gave the leadership session the highest rating

  • Half of all sessions reached 100 percent engagement, with 95 percent engagement on average

  • Attendance increased ten-fold from the previous year.

  • More than 30,000 attendees 

  • Online Reach via event hashtag (Unique Individuals) 275,000 people; Impressions (Total Views)
    750,000 views

The conference deepened the long-standing partnership between Scentsy and LaineGabriel and proved that creativity, culture, and connection can thrive in any format.
